We here in East Coast Bakehouse are so proud of our delicious cookies – we wanted to tell everyone about them and what makes them just that little bit better.
Maybe it’s because we put better ingredients in, maybe its’s the Irish Butter we include in every recipe, or because we take better care with our baking, and of course we’re proud to be baking right here in Drogheda.
