Choosing them is a tough task, but an oh-so enjoyable one. We’re lucky to be based in Ireland – where great ingredients and a passion for good food ensure we source the best of the best.
Irish butter gives our biscuits a richness that’s mouth watering, Irish oats are world renowned and deliver just the right crumbly texture. We’ve spent ages finding just the right chocolate, coconut, ginger and our secret blends of spices …..the list goes on. Of course the real test is when we taste the biscuits – fresh out of the oven, crumbly, crunchy or oozing with chocolate
