Our crunchy granola biscuits are baked using pure Irish butter and are packed full of the goodness of Irish oats. With a generous combination of nuts and choc chips, these biscuits have a satisfying crunch with a hint of sweetness from the generously included choc chips. 8 Biscuits in pack.

Granola Crunches with Nuts and Seeds
Our crunchy granola biscuits are baked using pure Irish butter and are packed full of the goodness of Irish oats. With a generous combination of hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, our granola biscuits are truly unique. It’s nice and light with a crumbly texture, making it a perfect snack. 8 Biscuits in pack.
– what you’ll need
Caster sugar 113g
Brown sugar 100g
Large eggs 1
Limes 2 (zest of 2 and juice of half)
Plain flour 160g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder ½ tsp
Bicarbonate ½ tsp
Ginger 2 tsp
Desiccated coconut 75g
White choc chips 150g
– what you’ll need to do
1. Preheat your oven to 190c/170c fan
2. Cream butter and sugar, light and fluffy
3. Add in the eggs, vanilla, zest and juice.
4. Sift dry and mix gently.
5. Fold in oats, chocolate and coconut.
6. Spoon and bake 10-12mins.
7. Serve with a nice cool glass of milk
Granulated sugar 100g
Large eggs 2 (yolks only)
Lemon 2 (1 tbsp zest, 1 tbsp juice)
Salt ½ tsp
Berry conserve Go wild and pick your favourite
1. Preheat your oven 180c / 160c fan.
2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
3. Add yolks, zest and juice
4. Sift dry and fold until just combined
5. Gather in bowl to combine with hands
6. Scant tablespoons rolled into 1 inch balls
7. Space 1 inch apart and make a deep thumbprint.
8. Bake 18 – 20 mins until firm and light golden on base.
9. Pipe softened jam into indentation.
10. Once cooled – enjoy!
Unsalted butter 225g
Caster Sugar 110g
Salt 1/8 tsp
1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla – light and fluffy
2. Sift dry and fold in
3. Knead briefly
4. Roll, cut and prick
5. Let the shortbread chill for 30minutes
6. Bake 20 mins in a preheated oven (17Oc / 150c fan) until there are golden edges
7. Invite some friends round for tea and biscuits
